Refund Policy

1. Free trials

Eligible Pro and Business subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Unless you cancel, the paid subscription begins automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel from Billing at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the period already paid for. Deleting a website connection or stopping AutoPilot does not cancel the subscription.

3. Refund eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins because computing, research, and publishing capacity is made available immediately. We will review refund requests where required by law and for duplicate charges, an incorrect charge caused by our systems, or a prolonged service failure that prevented meaningful use.

If you believe a charge qualifies, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Explain the issue and include the email address used at checkout and the Lemon Squeezy order number. Do not send full card details.

4. Usage-based and add-on charges

Charges for extra connected sites, completed billing periods, and resources already consumed are not normally refundable. Removing an add-on prevents its next renewal but does not reverse earlier usage.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take several business days to display the credit. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account.

6. Charge disputes

Please email hello@autorankseoai.com before opening a chargeback so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law or through your payment provider.
